I am looking for an ideal E-Fax solution that's cost effective. Right now I am using TrustFax and its rather slow and I cant send mass faxes.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

We would have to do a complete analysis of your situation.  Ideal and cost effective are subjective type of things.  There is no one fits all in this situation.  I would suggest you hired an expert to analyze your situation.

A free solution from us would probably be lacking.
One of my clients uses MetroFax and likes it.  Better pricing than fax.com and eFax.com.

Another client uses Nextiva for all their telephony needs (hosted), including the fax service, but I think you can get it as a stand alone service, too.
