"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You will have to do them one at a time because you will be typing in their name for the most part.  What you can do is organize them and save yourself some time by grouping them together.  Say you have 10 users that belong to a service group.  Create 1 account, assign that user to the group, then copy that user 9 times.  Those new users will be part of that group and so forth etc if you understand what I mean.

You could expedite it by creating csv file and importing it.  Look at PowerGUI and Dell Quest Active Directory plugins.  You could also use built in utilities such as  LDIFDE and CSVDE
