Migrate linux dns to window dns

I've 2 linux public dns server. The linux team gave the linux BIND file. Can the BIND file import to the window dns server?

or can I create the public window dns server based on the linux BIND file?

Migrate BIND-based (UNIX or Linux) DNS to Windows Server 2003 using Notepad
