If your subform is in Datasheet view (or a query - which will be displayed as a datasheet), then the Header and Footer do not show. For these to show, you need to use a Continuous &nbsp;Form view.<br />

Thanks Experts! &nbsp;re mx's comment, the subform was a Continuous form already. &nbsp;I just modified the Grand Total field from Sum(txtTotalCost), to Sum(TotalCost) and works perfectly. &nbsp;Will remember this for future forms.
