Using Message Header, can we check whether Anonymous enabled or not in the Internally ?

Email Internet Header doesn't the email was relay using which Receive Connector. You can use Message Tracking to verify it. After you did message tracking, it will show email made an connection with which ConnectionID.

The you can run EMS:

Get-ReceiveConnector -Identity <ConnectionID or ReceiveConnector> | Get-ADPermission
