DPMRA service won't start on DPM server
I recently upgraded to DPM 2012 SP1. I am running it on Server 2012.
I am trying to run a restore job and keep getting a timeout error on the DPMRA service.
I try to start DPMRA and the error says could not start in a timely fashion.
Can someone point me to the log file location?
I have searched for solutions on this. One thing I found pointed to a registry hive for the configuration info. I checked this and I am not missing this entry.

Here is the relevant details for future help :)
Environnement:
Server : MSCDPM 2012 R2 RU13
Agent: I think 4.2.1205.0 (Not sure as I have no more access to the LAN)
Client OS: Windows 10 version 1607 (14393.1480), Anniversary Update
I had the same issue reporting that the file ''sisbkup.dll'' was missing when trying to launch these services:
c:\Program Files\Microsoft Data Protection Manager\DPM\bin\DPMClientS
c:\Program Files\Microsoft Data Protection Manager\DPM\bin\DPMRA.exe
As a workaround, I copied the file from another working machine then the DPM Agent GUI launched without crashing .
