Server : MSCDPM 2012 R2 RU13<br />
Agent: I think 4.2.1205.0 (Not sure as I have no more access to the LAN)<br />
Client OS: Windows 10 version 1607 (14393.1480), Anniversary Update<br />
<br />
I had the same issue reporting that the file ''sisbkup.dll'' was missing when trying to launch these services:<br />
<br />
c:\Program Files\Microsoft Data Protection Manager\DPM\bin\DPMClientS<wbr />ervice.exe<wbr /><br />
c:\Program Files\Microsoft Data Protection Manager\DPM\bin\DPMRA.exe<br />
<br />
As a workaround, I copied the file from another working machine then the DPM Agent GUI launched without crashing .

I recently upgraded to DPM 2012 SP1. &nbsp;I am running it on Server 2012.<br />
I am trying to run a restore job and keep getting a timeout error on the DPMRA service.<br />

I try to start DPMRA and the error says could not start in a timely fashion.<br />

Can someone point me to the log file location?<br />
