1.Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.

2. Locate the following registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar

3. Right-click the WebBrowser key, click Delete, and then click Yes.

4. Open Internet Explorer, click View, and then point to Toolbars. The toolbar default settings are restored.

IE should have an Address Bar even if Menu Bar is unchecked. If the above suggestion does not help, go to Control Panel, Internet Options, Advanced Tab and click on Reset to reset Internet Explorer.  See if Reset helps.

If that does not work, close IE, go to Windows Updates, Installed Updates and see if IE10 is an installed update. If so, uninstall it, close, and restart. Now you should be at IE9. Assuming IE9 works, you can update to IE10 again.

Should have replied "Try right clicking and then "Show tabs on separate row".
simlip--Click F11.
If no help, run a System Restore to a time before the Address Bar disappeared.
