Exchange 2007 RPC Usuage

I have ran the exchange optizmier today and have found the folllwing errors on our SBS 2008 box:

Since the RPC operations per second per user is greater than 0.35, the RPC operations per second rates indicate a user or users on this server are unusually active. The measured RPC operations per second per user rate is 2.348

The server is exhibiting a processor bottleneck.

'System\Context Switches/sec' is 22763.96, which is higher than the error threshold of 20000.

We have approx 15 mailboxes, where we have people connected via Outlook 2003 in non-Cached Mode (does this make a difference?). Also approx 8 people connected via iphones, ipads, etc.

Anyone helps on the matter would be appreciated.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This can be due to many reasons.

The first step of troubleshooting this is enable RPC logging(goes to windows event)

This log is extremely helpful for finding cause of issues.

15 users i don't see much for a SBS server. If you haven't rebooted this server since long time. Then reboot it and check again.

The server was rebooted this morning to apply some updates.

The article applies to Outlook 2010 and 2013, not 2003.
