"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I've never done this personally, but it appears to be possible.  You have to use the link to the online deployment manifest rather than use the locally installed path to the clickonce program.

This blog post outlines the steps required to pass parameters to the clickonce app, and utilize the values within the application.

Based on this, you would just create a link with the required parameters in your MVC view.
