Spam Folder in Outlookk 2010

We have Trend Micro as our Antivirus and it has an Outlook plugin for spam.  When you allow the plugin and install it creates a 'SPAM Folder' in the list of folders for that client's local outlook install.  This is an issue and sends random internal and external mail from Inbox straight to that SPAM Folder and it's not SPAM.  We've disabled the plugin on the Trend Server and uninstalled locally on client PCs, however it keeps reinstalling and adding the SPAM folder in Outlook.  Has anyone else experienced this and/or have any resolution steps?

Thank you in advance...

Do you delete the SPAM folder after disabling the plugin, and then the Folder is re-created?

yes sir, I've disabled the plugin in outlook, then deleted the Spam folder from the list of folders.  then I deleted the folder from the deleted folder.  Closed outlook and everything was working as it should.  Well for about 2 months, then the Spam folder all of a sudden reappeared in the client's outlook.

so far the plugin hasn't reinstalled after digging into the registry files and removing the plugin.  I will continue to check daily.  I also ensured it was out of the startup.
