Symantec System Recover 2011

I had some problems with my SSR 2011 install, mainly that trying to change the service account would result in the error "can't have multiple share connections..."  So what I did on a couple of other servers is uninstall 2011, reboot and do a re-install.  This worked for two, but the third won't let me install again because it says the old version needs to be uninstalled.  There is nothing in add/remove programs or in program files that I could find.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thank you!  I did try the uninstall.bat earlier without success, but the reg keys did the trick...
