Customising the Theme WordPress' Twenty Thirteen to Spanish?

I want to customise the Theme Twenty Thirteen to Spanish, that I want to do is change all wording in English used in the Theme to Spanish, Is there any tool that tells me where are these legends in English?

Or the name of the file where the chains to modify?, I started to change the comment-template.php file without result? have to add code?

Thank you,

Are you talking about the actual theme text (e.g. the Admin panel) or the site content?

the site content.

Okay, for that you will need a multi-language plugin.  There are several types.

The simplest type is a plugin that sends all content over to Google Translate and gets back the machine-based translation text.  Typically the plugin will also auto-detect the language of the user's browser and serve up the matching language if present.  The best free example of this is Transposh:

The more complicated type is a plugin that actually allows to have multiple language content areas defined for each object.  The best example of this approach is WPML:

But be aware that this is premium (paid) plugin and also requires someone to do the translations.
