filter macro removing top row

I have a filter macro which is filtering based on criteria and then copying/pasting it into a new sheet. However, it is not pasting the top row (the header). How can I go about fixing this?

Sub FilterTwice(ws As Worksheet)
'start filter code
Dim Rg As Range, rgCopy As Range
Dim rg2 As Range, rgCopy2 As Range
With ws
    Set Rg = .Range("J1").CurrentRegion
    Set rgCopy = Rg.Offset(1, 0).Resize(Rg.Rows.Count - 1, Rg.Columns.Count)
    iCol = .Range("J:J").Column - Rg.Column + 1
    Rg.AutoFilter Field:=iCol, Criteria1:=Array( _
    "DOE - DIRECT ORDER ENTRY", "1", "2", "3", 4", "5", "6"), Operator:=xlFilterValues
    '2nd filter
    Set rg2 = .Range("F1").CurrentRegion
    Set rgCopy2 = Rg.Offset(1, 0).Resize(Rg.Rows.Count - 1, Rg.Columns.Count)
    iCol = .Range("F:F").Column - Rg.Column + 1
    rg2.AutoFilter Field:=iCol, Criteria1:="AMERICAS"
    'create new sheet
    With Worksheets.Add(After:=Worksheets(Worksheets.Count))       'Destination worksheet
        .Cells(1, 1).PasteSpecial xlPasteValues
        Cells(1, 1).Select
        .Name = "Filtered from " & ws.Name
    End With
End With
End Sub

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try replacing this line

    Set rgCopy = Rg.Offset(1, 0).Resize(Rg.Rows.Count - 1, Rg.Columns.Count)

    Set rgCopy = rg
