I have an Excel 2013 document that I've written extensive notes on, on my Surface Pro.  When I try to print the document, the ink comments do not show (effectively a blank table).
How can I print my Excel file and have the ink show up?

In the end, I saved the files as a PDF.  Simple solution staring me in the face.

No other viable solution was offered.  I eventually figured it out myself.
