Setting up email redirect

I have been asked to set up a mail redirect in Exchange 2007. I was told that this is not the same as forwarding.
I need the following to be able to happen.
all emails coming in to will get redirected to
These are different domains on different servers in different countries.

How can I accomplish this?

First you need create mail contact for external mailbox ( in your Exchange organization. then you can go to mailbox ( properties->Mailflow Settings->Delivery option0> Forwarding address. you can select the mail contact..

You can do this configuring the forwarding in mailflow  settings

properties for the specific user or use transport rules to configure this.

User properties > Mailflow settings > Delivery options > forwarding address

you can set the forwarding address over there.

2nd method is go for  creating a transport rule
