SonicWall TZ215 Anti Spam

I am using a SonicWall TZ-215 with integrated SonicWall Anti-Spam service. I have installed the Junk Store on our mail server (mailenable), and for our domain I have enabled LDAP so that the Junk Store user list and passwords (for sign in to the junk box user view) are populated correctly.

Users currently get their "junk summary" via email and the email includes a link to access their junk box as well as links to unjunk or delete messages.

Here is my question:

Is there a way I can shorten the URL of the junk store sign in so that I can publish it somewhere?

Currently in the junk summary, there is the following:

To manage your personal junk email blocking settings, use your
standard username and password to login here:
http://mail.domain.com:10080

However, when you click on the link, it is actually this:

http://mail.domain.com:10080/mini_login.html?origin=%2Fjunkbox%3Faction%3Dhopto%26useremail%3Dmailsort%2540domain.com%26msgkey%3D20130924_s-mail1%252Fstore_20130924205534.mlx%253A1%26sec%3D709f9b6bebbf6b83%26ptr%3D17832%26loc%3Djunkbox

Please note that I have removed our domain from both of those for security reasons.

If I actually type in:

http://mail.domain.com/:10800/mini_login.html

I get nothing...

Is there a way I can configure this to provide a link to users (without them getting it from a junk summary email) and without it being a mile long?

Any documentation I have discovered from SonicWall in regards to this is a reference from their dedicated email security appliances rather than their integrated ones like we are using with the TZ-215.

Thanks!

Hi FrontDist,

Not that I'm aware of. The URL includes specific settings to allow it to function correctly.

You may want to give a call into SonicWALL support...they might have something for you.

ASKER

I have used the same URL to login to a number of other users to whom it was not directed. The username is not pre-populated when the page opens, it is blank and will accept the correct username and password combination for anyone that has the correct access levels...
Yeah, I understand but to my knowledge the URL includes specific settings to allow it to function correctly.
