Linking MS Fileserver shares to MacBooks via Apple Server Profile Manager

We have successfully bound an Apple Server into our AD Infrastructure. We have decided to use Profile Manager to distribute Shares. We can create a new share on the Apple Server and host that without issue but we would like to map to existing MS File Shares and. Was wondering what the process is?

Can anyone help on this please? I have read a lot about what we can do but I am new and would like to stick to the way Apple intended it to work with the server.

This is possible to do.

You will have to setup automounts and use the syntax

You will have to use Profile Manager and add mount points
