Windows 2012 Server simple deployement of RDS Roles fails

Hello community,

My problem is quite simple but i'm turning around and around trying to figure how to solve it.
Situation : brand new installation of a Windows server 2012 on a VM (Workstation for tests). The server is a domain member, but not a DC. I installed it with a full standard sets of options.
Now I very simply want to deploy RDS services, so using the wizard with a user who is domain admin :
- Remote desktop services installation
- Quick start
- Session based desktop deployment
- Then i choose my server for the installation of the 3 RD roles.

Installation fails with a very simple message (see enclosed file).

Thank you for your help.

There are two possible causes:

1. You try to install the Remote Desktop Connection Broker (RDCB) on a server that also has the Active Directory Domain Server (domain controller) role installed. This configuration is not supported by Microsoft. You need to install the RDCB on a server that does not have this role installed. See: Remote Desktop Services role cannot co-exist with AD DS role on Windows Server 2012 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2799605

2. If you don’t have the Active Directory Domain Service install, this issue might be caused by the Windows internal database (WID) that the connection broker installs and the Windows Update KB2821895. If you have KB2821895 installed, unfortunately you can not uninstall this KB. Try to install the Remote Desktop Connection Broker (RDBC) role on a server that does not have this Windows update.
There is currently no official communication from Microsoft that here is an issue with RDBC and KB2821895. However, try the RDBC installation without this KB and see what happens.

My server (as written) is NOT a DC. And I dont have KB2821895 installed.
I figured out how to install it, was long but it's now ok :
-      Licencing tools
-      Reboot
-      Licencing server
-      Reboot
-      Rds Session host
-      Reboot
-      Install-windowsfeature gpmc
-      Windows update
-      Reboot
-      Ajouter dans la GPO domaine selon http://mycomputerbytes.wordpress.com/2012/11/28/how-to-successfully-install-windows-internal-database-onto-server-2012/
-      Installé Windows Internal Database
-      Reboot
-      Broker installé ! youpie
-      Reboot
-      Installation du scénario
