Lotus Notes-"DELIVERY FAILURE ERROR"
Hi,
We are experiencing a Lotus Notes issue with converting to HTML. Several users have a thread gong back and fourth and after a certain point they get this message and we don't a work around.
"DELIVERY FAILURE: Error transferring to MAIL.UCG.COM;HTMLAPIProble m converting to HTML"
We tried starting a new email and pasting previous history in it, but that did not work. It only works when a user "breaks the chain" and starts a new blank email.
Any suggestions?

As of right now upgrade is out of my hands, we currently have lotus notes version 8.5.2 with windows 7 users

If you are not able to upgrade it 8.5.2 did you think about downloading and installaing the FixPack http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24028680 ???
Could you please clarify if this problem happens when the users send emails to "johnkelly at boaweb.com" as shown in the snap or it is a problem with some other recepients too .

With the immediate suggestion to upgrade if you don't use 8.5.2 or newer.
