I have a user here that for whatever reason can go to the exact folder or rather sub folder in out look and do a search and the folder or file cannot be found? I have run an advanced search as well. I killed the cache mode in case and created a new profile and it does not work. Says file not found. I can place the mailbox on my desktop and do a search and it find everything I am looking for. I just ran a re-build of the index to see if that corrects the issue. Any ideas? This is office 2010 and windows 7 64 bits.
