Reusing Microsoft Terminal Server license.

I have a Windows 2003 standard 32 Bit server with 10 Terminal Server license, I will be replacing this server with a Windows 2008 R2 64 bit server, is it possible to move the terminal server license over to the new server or will I have to purchase new license?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

2003 TS licenses can be installed on a 2008 RDS license server, however, users cannot use these license to connect to a 2008 RD server.  The only way you can move your licenses is if you have SA for your licenses.
