"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It is very easy to do. Create a simple SELECT query from your crosstab query and sort it by total. The SQL Statement will be:

SELECT por_industria_final_Crosstab.[Industry], por_industria_final_Crosstab.[TOTAL], por_industria_final_Crosstab.[Abril], por_industria_final_Crosstab.[Enero], por_industria_final_Crosstab.[Febrero], por_industria_final_Crosstab.[Junio], por_industria_final_Crosstab.[Marzo], por_industria_final_Crosstab.[Mayo]
FROM por_industria_final_Crosstab
ORDER BY por_industria_final_Crosstab.[TOTAL];

However, I found a problem with your crosstab query and report. There are three months missing in the table: Julio, Augusto, Septiembro. As a result, the report will not work. I can assist you in fixing this problem as well. I recommend you create a new question if you wish this fixed
