I have a client running ACT 2011 with Outlook (not sure which version but I think 2010.)
Her Attach to ACT Contact icon is down near the system clock with a red X on it. It says there were a couple of thousand emails over the past few months that couldn't be attached. I selected them all and then said "re-attach" and it seems like they are attaching now (though just one every dew seconds). Sorry, I'm not an ACT expert, but I'm referring to attaching the record of the email itself to ACT history, not the contact info.
Any idea why this problem would exist, and why this isn't automatic? There are no ACT errors in the eventvwr.
