Reports in Access Database

I am trying to make a report in access database.

I am looking for a output as below
      Jan-13      Feb-13      Mar-13      Apr-13      May-13
New      20      3      20      1      15
Increase      45      10      15      30      30
Refinance      9      4      5      8      5
Total      74      17      40      39      50

But what I am getting is totally different
      Jan-13
New      20
Increase      45
Refinance      9
Total      74
      Feb-13
New      3
Increase      10
Refinance      4
Total      17
      Mar-13
New      20
Increase      15
Refinance      5
Total      40

Can you please help me out what I am doing wrong?

Thanks

Have you tried using a crosstab query?

If not, use the query Wizard to create as crosstab query using your original query.
