Converting form Quickbooks online version to desktop version.

We have been trying to convert from the online version of Quickbooks to the desktop version, but it did not go smoothly because it did not copy the Chart of Accounts from the online version to the desktop version.

Any thoughts on how to import all the data?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Thank you for your response. However we have actually already tried this and it did not copy the Chart of accounts.
