Program File acess issue in Win2008

I'm having an issue on one site I have recently "inherited" to update some files in c:\Program Files on a Windows 2008 server.

Despite being logged as admin and having full control of the folder I can't seem to be copying files into the intended folder

Failing file copy
I seem to remember that Windows 2008 brings so extra protection to Program Files - am I missing something obvious here ?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

(quasi) self solved: there was some bogus ACL with the source files, not destination ! Resetting security on them fixed the issue !
