Exchange 2013 - FailedandSuspended content index state

Getting "Content index state:  FailedAndSuspended " on all databases on my Office 265 Exchange setup.

Indexing is not working.

Any ideas on where to start to troubleshoot this? Cheers

Stopped the Microsoft Exchange Search service but still won't let me rename the index directory... says still in use.

Are there other services to consider?
