Outlook 2007 won't send email

I am getting an error in outlook 2007 when I try to send email.  It goes to my outbox but will not send.  The error code I get is 0x800700E.  'Out of Memory or system resources.  Close some windows or programs and try again.  Outlook is the only program running on my machine, and this still happens.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office, running the fixmapi.exe file.  I am looking for suggestions, without creating a new email account.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It sounds like the address book is corrupt. Some people have had luck deleting the NK2 files used by the autocomplete cache - but if that fails, you'll need a new profile.  The location of the Nk2 is listed here:http://www.slipstick.com/problems/nicknamecache.asp
