Backup Exec job stuck on queued

I have Backup Exec 12.5 installed on SBS 2003 SP2.
I changed the device target from tape to "backup-to-disk" (usb storage)
and the job stuck on queued.
Once I disable the GTR option the job starts ok.
I need this option enabled, is there anything that I can do?

I wonder if you've seen this "how to" article.  Lots of requirements for GRT are discussed.   And in another location it is said these requirements for GRT remain for other server configurations that may not be specifically mentioned in the "how to" article.  I hope it helps.

My apologies.  Alrighty then.  Symantec legal blurb says they only allow blind links, under certain restrictions, so I'm kinda shy about it.  But it seems like reasonable information in the "how to".   Since Exchange Server 2003 in part of SBS 2003, I thought solutec06 might like to check it out.  The "how to" also says BE doesn't support GRT if Outlook is installed on the same computer as Exchange 2003.  They also have a link to a whole article about recommended backup devices, which have their own requirements for GRT.  There is another link in the "how to" that covers jobs using GRT.  It says BE needs a unique mailbox within Exchange to backup and restore the Information Store.  I really don't mean to be annoying, just thought it would be more legal, and easier.  Please delete me if I'm out of line here.  Good wishes and best of luck to solutec06!!
