Reminder notice in Outlook 2010

While capturing a webinar with Camtasia, a reminder notice popped up and was captured on the video - I wasn't watching the monitor so I didn't catch it till later.  Outlook was closed at the time of the recording.

How can I make sure this doesn't happen again?

Closed or minimized?  If closed you should not get reminders unless there is another 3rd party software that references it.  You can do the above to disable the reminders in general but with outlook closed those should not pop up.

I do have Google apps for outlook on two computers - Outlook was open on another computer -

If Outlook is truly closed and not minimized you should not receive reminders from Outlook.  There are some third party programs as NRHode suggests that will send Outlook reminders if Outlook is closed and they are open.  I suggest turning off reminders in both programs and making sure they are both closed before recording.  The other machines on the network should not be a concern.
