Exchange 2003 to a new server for migration to 2010..

I have setup a VM for Exchange 2003. I have moved all the mailboxes over and replicated the public folders. What other roles do I need to move?

I have iphone users pointing to webmail.domain.com. Can I export the SSL cert on the old server and put it on the old server?

So in your guide regarding OWA. you say that if the mobile device is set to go to the old server for OWA and it won't work. My mobile users are working and i haven't had any reported issues?
If you have moved the mailboxes to the new server and it is a higher version of Exchange it shouldn't work. The best practises is to have all traffic going to the new server and allow Exchange to handle it.
I cannot comment on whether it will work or not because I have never done it. I follow best practises on all migrations I do.

So here is another question. I used exmerge to create a backup of our GM and VP. The size of the mailboxes are around 4.5GB. When exmerge was done there was no errors and the PST size was only 2GB. So i tried to open them to verify they worked and it gave me an error. I tried to use SCANPST and it  did not repair them. Any ideas?
EXMERGE cannot create PST files larger than 2gb.
Therefore it created an invalid file.

If the mailboxes are larger than 2gb then you need to make multiple export passes, usually using data filters, them multiple imports to get the data in.

Can i export the mailbox from Outlook?
You can do, but you may have similar problems. The multiple pass on exmerge is the best way to do it.
