Where can I get wusa.exe for Windows Server 2003 (Windows Standalone Update Installer)

Hi Experts,
I have a couple .msu files I need to install on my Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, but it doesn't have the Windows Standalone Update Installer file (wusa.exe) on it.

Where can I download the wusa.exe file Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition?

I have scoured the next, but with no luck!

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have you checked for it in the %windir%\System32 folder?

Oops, yes 2008 and 2012 have wusa.exe
Otherwise you have to use the redistributables for W2K3 to install v4.5 of Windows Installer

Windows Installer 4.5 Download from msdn
