Discovering who moved an email within an Exchange 2010 Folder Structure

I have a number of messages in our public folder that keep getting moved from where we want them back to an unread messages folder.  I suspect that someone has a rule created that keeps moving them, but I want to check into the logs to see if I can detect who and when.  Where should I check and what should I look for?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Exchange doesn't log to item level. If it did that would create a huge amount of logs. I cannot think of any other way of finding out who is doing what you are seeing.
