Backup Exec 2012

Tried to open my Backup Exec 2012 on a Win 2008 R2 Server and received the attached error.  I am sure our enterprise pushed something but it only affected the 2008 R2 server and not my 2008 32Bit server.  They are both running Backup Exec 2012 SP2.  I will find out tomorrow if the BU runs but I cannot access the application. (The backup data is backed up to a storage array)

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This problem occurs because the user account that you used to log on does not have sufficient permissions.
