Exchange queue problem

Hi Experts,

I checked on my queue viewer, there are always a queue mail there which do not have a sender, return-mail.en-japan.com , deliver type:"DNSconnectoryDelivery" MSG source: DSN

is this a spam?

how could i prevent this?

If the mails are coming from blank sender then it's spam mails.
To stop this check the spam filter setting.

You haven't said which version of Exchange you are using  - however ensure that you have recipient filtering enabled. Where exactly you do that depends on the version of Excahnge.

I'm using Exchange 2010, what kind of spam filtering setting i should configure? the confidence level? If i set the confidence level,im afraid it will cause some normal email treat it as spam.

Is this features at Edge transport?  We didnt install edge transport in our environment.
