Application to enable working from home
Hi experts!
I have a small company whereby I need my work-from-home employees to be online, communicating with me from 10am-5pm.
I need to talk with them over voice, chat with them and share presentations over the screen, sharing documents too.
Currently, I do that thru lync, sometimes skype, join.me and web conference - different applications.
Is there any software or application in the web that allows me to do ALL of the above in one screen or portal, instead of different applications.. its kinda troublesome to keep track.

i tried join.me pro, its not what i am looking for.
i need one web app where i can chat with all my employees, priv chat with any one of them using chat IM or voice. use webcam to do f2f meeting. scribble on the board and share files.

the closest is Google hangout i guess.
I'm not certain but I don't believe Hangouts has a built in whiteboard to allow you to scribble.

The online meeting version does. Click on the link I have you earlier and you can see the screenshots which also shows video conferencing.
Google+ Hangouts allows Apps to add functionality. Here are a few Whiteboard apps you can add to it:
