How to setup AP to have 2 SSIDs
My boss handed this Cisco Aironet 1600 AP to me to set up 2 SSIDs. Besides this, there are a Fortigate 80C firewall, a HP Procurve 1905 24-port POE switch, a HP Proliant server. Firewall's Internet network port and HP server's NIC are both connected to the switch. In term of the network segment, only one production segment - 192.168.1.0/24.
I heard that these 2 SSIDs have to map to different VLANs, right? So, VLAN 1 map to my production with 192.168.1.0/24, and VLAN 2 map to GUEST with 192.168.2.0/24. In term of the infra setup, does this mean I have to configure a trunk port on Firewall's Internal? as well as AP's? HP server is also the DHCP server for both SSIDs, so I have to set the IP Helper on firewall to point the DHCP for VLAN 2 to HP server?
How about the Cisco AP, how to configure the SSIDs?
thanks,

Hi OxygenITSolutions,
Checked and confirmed the AP configuration is set as per reference from your link. But, too bad, the mentioned HP switch does not support trunking and Virtual interfaces (SVI). So, one SSID is in use only.

Excellent info provided by OxygenITsolution
There is no possible way to manage a third-party AP to the Fortigate. The only manageable one is the FortiAP.
In this case, as long as the fortigate is allowing those 2 ssids. The rest should be done on the Cisco AP.
