QuickBooks v14 Silent Update

Experts,

I have been looking all over the web for an answer to this.

I have a client who wants to update multiple computers with the v14 QB update. This will need to be run on 100+ computer. What is the easiest way to deploy this update.

I would like if possible to run a silent installation of the update but I have not found the option to do so.

Please assist as I would prefer not to have to install this manually on each of 100+ computer.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Ordinary QuickBooks is a maximum of 5 users and Enterprise I think is 10 or so (but it could have increased).

I have never heard of it being installed on 100 computers.

There are a number of prompts to follow and it must be installed with administrative rights.

I just installed QB V2014 this week and I do not see any way it can be a silent update. It needs to (normally) uninstall the old version but use a new folder anyway, so it is kind of complicated in this regard.

I will keep watching, but I do not know of any way.

@ionmanage  - Any update from your side?  I asked Intuit during a support call and they said no. That meshes with my knowledge of QuickBooks.

So there is no silent install for QuickBooks.

Thanks for your assistance in this. I guess I will need to install this application manually or create an MSI for the deployment.
