Activesync using Samsung S4

I have an SBS 2008 server. I am connected to my exchange using ActiveSync. My Outlook calendar updates and contacts sync to the phone without issue. My mail arrives jus fine. I am having trouble with sync from the phone to the exchange server. Calendar updates do not show up in my outlook. Everything on the phone looks fine. What can I look for?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I would remove the account from your phone and re-add it.

That's pretty drastic. I have a load of appointments on the phone that I don't want to lose. My mail syncs. Sent items show up in outlook. It just seems the calendar is not. Any other thoughts?

Check to see that the default account for making appointments from your phone is to the activesync'd account and NOT to the phone itself or the google account that it is tied to.  It could be syncing those appointments to the wrong place?

When you make an appointment, I think the first box shows which calendar it is going to (I have 5 activesync accounts on my phone, so I always need to make sure I am putting them to the correct place.
