That's pretty drastic. I have a load of appointments on the phone that I don't want to lose. My mail syncs. Sent items show up in outlook. It just seems the calendar is not. Any other thoughts?

I have an SBS 2008 server. I am connected to my exchange using ActiveSync. My Outlook calendar updates and contacts sync to the phone without issue. My mail arrives jus fine. I am having trouble with sync from the phone to the exchange server. Calendar updates do not show up in my outlook. Everything on the phone looks fine. What can I look for?
