Insert leading zeroes that were stripped out

Someone gave me a spread sheet that is screwed up.
The account numbers should all be 7 digits long, but the accounts that started with zero have been stripped of all zeroes .. he is an example
0111111 is now 111111
0011111 is now 11111
0001111 is now 1111
Is there a way of inserting the leading zeroes back into the cells?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
