Activesync issue on iPhone IOS7

I have a user that just upgraded to the latest ios on his iphone.  He received 2 recurring appointments in his email.  He accepted each.  However, the person who scheduled the appointment is receiving an acceptance for EVERY instance of the appointment, causing her email inbox to be flooded.  

How do we make sure this does not happen again?

I suggest you to reconfigure user profile again on Iphone. Test again.

We have 15 iPhones running IOS 7 connected over the AT&T network to our Exchange 2007 and it's running fine.

You might want to reconfigure the email account on the iPhone.

this was working fine prior to his upgrade to the new iOS.  I have asked him to break the connection then re-set up his activesync.   will let you know what we see.

You may temporarily disable active sync from server end & reconfigure active sync account on iphone

had user break connection (delete account) from iphone and then re-establish account and tested.  Things are working as they should.
