You can use it to manage desktops control applications permissions and clamp resources and performance across VMs.

Is it a profile management solution.how it helps in xp to win 7 migration
It will allow you to migrate you XP profiles to Windows 7, because they are currently incompatible.

But there are other products by LiquidLabs and VMware Migrate which can also do the same.

Whats license cost for appsense
That is a good question.. I've done some projects that the cost was well under 100 for a single user license and a year of support for just the environment manager part. From what I understand the cost of the suite is not that much more.  I recommend you contact Appsense they are really good about discussing the benefits and they will even come onsite and setup a demo POC and prove out the product if you want them too. I have not seen them charge for this as many companies do.

If I want env manager as well as use them for migration of xp to win 7..want to know costing..
Wat will be my capex per user and opex from year 2
I'm not a Appsense reseller so I can't give exact pricing,  their cost model is per user for the initial license and then support each year per license. the support was 10-20 dollars per user from what I remember. I would recommend you call Appsense, they can get you all setup..
