I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It may be a root-kit infection known as zeroaccess (0Access).  Removal depends upon the type of system (32 bit or 64 bit). In any case try:

(2) MalwareBytes Anti-Rootkit (Beta)

(2) ComboFix (the ultimate tool).

I am a mac user and only help friends and family fix their pc's of this stuff.  But the MS anti maleware tool seems to work nicely.  When you run it, you are asked to run the short or long version.  Just  run the long version.
Download and install TDSS killer, MBAM (malwarebytes) and SAS (superantispyware).

To work around your redirector, download them from the vendor sites. I've hyperlinked each.

Make sure the def files are up to date, and then reboot your computer in to safe mode. Run scans and see what the software picks up.

I have found Adwcleaner to be very useful and simple for removing hijacks etc.
Go to the developers page here
and scroll down a bit to the big green arrow and download.
It is a standalone program so download it to your desktop or someplace you can easily find it.
Open it and click Scan. When it is done scanning you can look through the Tabs ( Services, Folders, Files etc) to see what it found....  then press Clean. It will probably want to reboot to complete the cleanup... all done.
