iPad / iOS high network usage after upgrade to iOS 6

Has anyone come across this and know a fix? It started after upgrading to iOS 6. It just spikes and max's out my networks upload rate, though I have no app that is backing up or uploading anything.

I'm pretty sure reseting the device would fix it, but I'd like to avoid that if possible.

Any suggestions?

I have upgraded a lot of iDevices to IOS 6 and then to 7.
I have not seen behavior like this.

I would take a guess that around the same time the device gained a new app or maybe even a bit of malware / Virus type code that is uploading.
Check what apps are running or installed.

If you have a equipment / time to do it put a network monitor (or watch your proxy logs) and see where the traffic is going.
If you do not have the time or software then wipe and reload.

Go to settings.. General.. About.. Diagnostics and usage..
Make sure it is set to do not send

Another is iCloud backup, make sure this is also switched off

Client did a reset on the iPad. So didn't see exactly what the issue was that was causing the network usage.
