Change email for Acrobat Form Submittal

I have a form that I have created and now am trying to get it so they just hit the submit button to email it off and I collect it.  Problem is that now it only wants to use the email address I gave for an earlier pdf form I made.  How do I go through and change this send to email address?

Are you using Adobe Acrobat or LiveCycle?

If using Acrobat, try going to Edit > Preferences > Identity > Email Address
