Citrix Freezing

We are running Win2008, and current Citrix over a telepacific line.  Today, we started freezing about once per hour. It doesn't matter what users are doing.  The Telcom people are trouble shooting but besides disk space, event logs, what else should we be looking at on the server?  Our application is pervasive.

Everything was updated in June.  Working ok except some profiles that may be too big and some local printing issues.

Normal things to monitor:

CPU utilization
Page File usage
Disk parameters (disk queue length, IO, etc.)
Handles, etc.

We have looked at all of that. I wonder if the problems we were having with profiles last week could have anything to do with it. g
