Symentic backup

I am running a backupexec 2010 and the media on which i am getting the backup is on same server where backupexec is running. But right now i have a problem of disk space and some of my jobs are failing.the drive space is managed by EMC storage VNX.
what is the way to move this data to some other place so that i could get a free space on this drive.please tell me the way out and media names to accomplish this task.please reply me in urgent.
I also want to know the media name used by backupexec to take the backup of domian controllers and virtual infrastructure

Easiest thing to do is ask your VNX administrators to extend the LUN.  Once the LUN is extended then you could increase the drive size using Windows Disk Manager under Computer Management.  The other option would be to create another disk on the backup server (again your VNX administrator would have to do this), add the disk to BackupExec and let BackupExec use the second drive.  I haven't worked with BackupExec and I am not sure if it supports watermarks to ensure minimum specified disk space free at all times by either expiring the oldest images or moving them off to tape.
