Application to keep track of Due Dates

I need help and advise for a software that keeps track of due dates and prompts me. Possibly a software which is cloud based and accessible on a Windows desktop, iPad and iPhone.

I'm looking for a cloud based and a non cloud based. Any good recommendations please?

So you need a calendar? And not satisfied with the one Apple provided?
Try Google Calendar. You can sync to it pretty much from any device/pc/mac.

I am looking for an application that prompts you when due dates arrive.

Can Google Calendar be installed on your PC, without having to log on to the Web to access it?

It's hard to have cloud based and not be on the internet.  Or do you mean cloud based just for syncing?

Do you have ms outlook?

Assuming you use an email client on a PC (probably Outlook or Thunderbird), both have alerting features (on Outlook is native, on TB you need to install Lightning).
They can be installed on a computer, so they match your criteria (non cloud based).

Also, they can sync to an external/cloud calendar (Google Calendar was my recommendation, many other available), which match your second criteria (cloud based).

On a phone pretty much every calendar application can sync to Google Calendar and has alerting functions. And they only need to connect to Google for syncing, so they're both cloud and non cloud based.

How do I install Google calendar on my PC, without having to log on to the Web. Meaning, is Google Calendar available as an application?

Dan CraciunIT ConsultantCommented:
No. You install Thunderbird+Lightning (personal preference, Outlook works just fine) and sync Lightning with Google Calendar.

Here are the instructions: https://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/using-lightning-google-calendar

Primarily, you would use this when online and that is the only way to sync.  If you want to use just google calendar, there is a away to use it offline.

1) Go to google Calendar https://www.google.com/calendar  (make sure you have a calendar created).

2) Click on the big gear on the right and select Offline.   From there follow instructions.  I  personally have not used this.

I use macmail/calendar/notes for my offline software and sync everything using google calendar.  There are times when google sync goes down and you get an error but it later corrects itself.
