OBIEE Unable to reach Analytics :7001/analytics - getting 404 page not found

I am running OBIEE on Windows 2003 R2 Standard w/SP1.

The production web interface http://localhost/analytics as well as the http://localhost:7001/EM and http://localhost:7001/Console are working but the http://localhost:7001/analytics page is not working.  It is generating the following error.

Error 404--Not Found

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.
I am new to OBIEE and don't know where to start looking for a solution to this issue.

This issue has been solved by working with Oracle support, they found that a developer had created a custom 403 error page and it was causing validation errors that broke the console.
