You need to look at a log to see what the problem is. <br />
It shouldn't take that long, but if there is an issue with AD replication for example, that can cause it to stall. <br />
On one that has completed, look at the log. <br />

I am migrating mailboxes from Exchange 2007 to 2010. what I have done is to suspend when it is ready to complete. I have created 500 move request of such moves. A week later when I am ready to complete the move it stucks at 95%. A few manage to gets completed but it takes 2-3 hours to complete the remaining 5%.<br />
